Academic and Professional Background

Professor of Human Resources and Organisational Psychology; graduate of psychology from Free University Berlin. Prior to her position as a professor at the Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft Berlin she worked as a research assistant at the Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft at Technical University Berlin. She holds a Ph.D. in computer science and psychology from TU Berlin. Between 1988 and 1995, she worked as an internal consultant and was responsible for further education at Schering AG. Since 1993 she has also worked as a consultant for different companies in training management and social skills. Beate Klutmann retired in 2015.
